    Written, itemised, and yours to sit with. We answer anything the catalog didn't cover.

    You approve it

    A 50% deposit confirms you accept the quote. We confirm your date and items separately, and the full terms are there before you pay.

    We set up, you enjoy it

    Delivery, setup and breakdown handled. An attendant runs the food packages, so nobody works their own party.

Is there a minimum guest count?

Yes. Every per-person food package has a 30-guest minimum, and an attendant is required on those services. Equipment rentals like chafing dishes have no minimum.

Does someone stay to run the cart?

An attendant is required on the food packages and a $100 fee is applied, so the cart is served properly and nobody at the party has to staff it. The fee is on top of the per-person price.

How long is the photo booth rental?

Two hours minimum at $150, then $50 for each additional hour. Unlimited printed photos can be added for $50 per hour.

Which areas do you cover?

We are based in Spring Valley and serve the Las Vegas Valley. Tell us your venue when you send the quote request and we will confirm it with your price.

What deposit do you take?

A 50% deposit is due when you accept your approved quote, and it confirms your acceptance of that quote. Availability of your date and of the rental items is confirmed separately by us. The remaining 50% is due 7 calendar days before your event.

Can we move the date?

Once, at no charge, subject to availability, to a new date within 12 months of the original. That single change covers every reason. Any further change needs a new quote.

What happens if the weather turns?

Ordinary heat, wind or rain follows the cancellation terms. If an official government weather warning makes the event unsafe, you may use your one date change with no additional deposit, subject to availability. We make the final call on whether the equipment can be set up safely.
