Paying your deposit

A 50% deposit confirms acceptance of your approved quote. Here’s how it works.

How the deposit works

  1. Request a quote. Tell us about your event and we’ll come back with availability and a written price.
  2. We confirm your date and price. Nothing is charged while we agree the details with you.
  3. We send you a secure payment link. It’s unique to your quote and shows your approved total before you pay anything.
  4. You pay the 50% deposit. This confirms your acceptance of the quote — we confirm your date and items with you separately.

The deposit is 50% of your confirmed quote total. The remaining 50% is due 7 calendar days before your event.

Taxes, delivery, setup, pickup, venue fees and optional services are included only when they are itemized in your approved quote.

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancel 14 or more days before your event and your deposit can move once to a new date within 12 months, if we’re available. With less than 14 days’ notice it is not refunded or transferred. If you’ve already paid in full, we keep only the 50% deposit and refund the rest. You get one date change in total, for any reason. Cancellations must be emailed to us. Read the full terms before you pay.

Your card details never touch this website. Paying opens Stripe’s own secure page, where the card is entered and handled entirely by them. We never ask you to type an amount — your deposit is calculated from the quote we approved.

Already have a payment link?

Open the link we sent you by email or text and it will take you straight to your deposit. Each link is unique to one quote, so we can’t recreate it here — but you can always sign in above instead.

Links expire after 24 hours. If yours has expired, or you can’t find it, just ask and we’ll send a fresh one.
